Diving in Grand Cayman

The Cayman Islands have mostly recovered from the effects of Hurricane Ivan. But all the new building activity is a mixed blessing. This year we were forced to make an "emergency" move further up the beach to get away from the dust and sound of jackhammers at 6am.

But underwater there is still a silent world...

And just down the beach is a true beach bar - Calico Jack's - which is certainly not quiet.

But we're OK with that.

So welcome, my friends, to the show that never ends...
